Ciaran Hayes was formerly a Chief Executive, regional airport Board Director and a Harvard University Senior Fellow. With over 20 years senior management and governing experience including sustainable transport, he has the vision, strategic management and leadership expertise to lead HayesX into the future.
Tim Hayes grew up on a number of Air Force bases. He later built his career working in the global financial industry. HayesX eVTOL democratizes flying and brings it closer home for Tim and others who always aspire to fly. As a military brat, Tim's another passion is history, especially America military history.Â
HayesX is aptly based in the Mojave Desert near Las Vegas. The Mojave Desert is home to the Death Valley, the lowest elevation point in the US with a depth of 282 ft below sea level. The Mojave Desert is also the filming location of Top Gun films. It is a perfect location for the growing ultra-light aviation sector.
Las Vegas is one of the most popular destinations with over 40 million annual visitors.
Red Rock Canyon, west of Las Vegas, was formed about 200 million years ago and is unique with dramatic shapes and vivid colors. Another less known park, Valley of Fire, is our founders' favorite attraction near Las Vegas. Seeing is believing, add Valley of Fire to your list of visit.

HayesX logo reflects our founders' Irish heritage. It is a dual effect of a flying vehicle and a swan, which was inspired from "Children of Lir", the most famous and poignant Irish folklore story of the flight of the Children of Lir. It embodies beauty, elegance and freedom. Â
